Miss Details Design is a firm specializing in emotional branding through sensory design. We understand that human experience is derived from all the senses, not only sight. Our work is influenced by feelings, memories, and experiences associated with the brand. By creating a multi-faceted communication strategy, Miss Details Design ensures that your brand reaches your user in more than one sense. The end result? A memorable and enduring relationship between brand and user.

embodiment of our brand

Even as an adult, I savor the wonder and curiosity that children have. I love the little things, like the smell of flowers and the feel of ordinary objects. My passions include helping people reach their full potential, especially through design work, and helping animals. I value etiquette and professionalism.

Embarrassing, but true:
I love Pat Benatar songs.

visual strategy and design

Graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a Graphic Design Degree and minor in Business. As a scholarship swimmer for an NCAA Division 1 team, I have developed a focused, disciplined, and energetic work ethic that has folded into my life as a graphic designer. I have always been a creative person, but in college it was a matter of how I wanted to use my creativity. My eyes were opened to graphic design and I knew it would be a perfect fit. Outside of my busy work life, I spend mass quantities of time with my boxers and my Nikon camera.

Embarrassing, but true:
I can eat an entire large pizza by myself.

visual strategy and design

Graduate of Arizona State University, complete with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Visual Communication Design. I appreciate the small things that make life full: sunrises/sunsets, colors, snowflakes, imagination. My friends and family mean the world to me. I love...love. I am always looking for new inspirational experiences.

Embarrassing, but true:
I love boy bands, mainly N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys, and I proceed to listen to them at least once a week, maybe more.

visual strategy and design

Graduate from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Visual Communication Design. I have always been fascinated by fine art and the power of a simple element, such as a line, to transport you to an entirely unique and different world. It is the tiniest of details that work together in order to communicate a bigger picture filled with meaning and emotion. I fell in love with graphic design because it is the perfect blend of art and science, where creativity and imagination meets structure and purpose. Along with design, I also enjoy illustration, photography and coming up with new nicknames for my dog.

Embarrassing, but true:
I am a huge fan of Lord of the Rings (books and movies) and if I had enough money, I would totally convert my home into a personal hobbit hole.

marketing and communications

Graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. I've appreciated the design aspect of business since I was little, paging through my dad's Forbes Magazine subscription just to look at the advertisements. I love reading and learning new things and am a self-classified bookworm.

Embarrassing, but true:
I've read the Harry Potter series way too many times (over 10).

In the words of Mary Poppins, I am "Practically perfect in everyway." I wear many hats here at Miss Details Design, muse, official mascot, stress reliever etc…and for this I always deserve a nice pet or a cookie. I am a retired race greyhound, but now I spend most of my time snuggling with the occasional race up or down the stairs with whoever happens to be walking by. Oh, and did I mention I love cookies?

We begin with a strategic creative session and questionnaire where you communicate your ideas, requirements, time frame, and goals. This step outlines the parameters of your design project.

We then use this information to define the creative direction. Our designers collaborate with you to use your personal and business experiences to create an authentic and memorable brand.

We enjoy engaging with our clients, even if they claim not to be the least bit creative!

After you receive preliminary designs, we engage in a collaborative conversation to make sure every detail of the project resonates and exceeds your expectations. Before we finalize your project, we will wait until we hear you say, "I love it!"

At Miss Details Design, we support animal charities. We donate a percentage of our income and time to SPCA and other local animal rescues. We believe that inspiration flows from our four-legged friends. We are dog-loving people. Our mascot, Emily, is a rescued greyhound and is the heart of Miss Details Design.

We are also involved in AIGA, the professional association for design, and participate in mentorship programs for interior and graphic design students at Arizona State University.
